Following the radio advertising campaign and the reopening of Teacake in its new premises Hume Square has been a hive of activity. Over 500 people went into the Visitor Centre on the 5 days it was open with a large proportion being first time visitors.
The viewing of the showhomes has remained high at a time when traditionally interest in home buying tails off before Christmas.
