Charity Bike Ride hosted by Chapelton

August 30, 2016

This Sunday, 4th September, hundreds of people plan to set out from Hume Square at Chapelton to raise money for NESS (North East Sensory Services) – a great local cause that supports both deaf and blind in the community.

Visitors can follow either of two rides of 42 miles and 12 miles or just donate by taking the new Chapelton Walking Trail. For everyone there will be live music from Enter Alaska and Blair McLeod and Original 106 DJ Mike Gordon will be commentating. Food, drink and craft stalls will ensure that participants stay on for the atmosphere and help to raise good amounts of money.

All 3 housebuilders have gathered teams for the day and some residents are set to make the journey as well. All are welcome to come along on the day.
